This project aims to train youth workers who work with groups of young people to ensure the highest quality standard in organizing, implementing and evaluating workshop sessions with different groups by developing strong facilitation competences.. The training program is designed in the context of non-formal education methodology and offers an open and interactive learning platform for youth workers.
The course aims at contributing to the preparation of the staff members to manage, lead and execute daily tasks related to the management of the youth center, including leadership and organizational skills, financial and human resource management and necessary European dimension.
The main aim of «Imagine Rhythm» was to empower deaf and hearing young people through dance, filmmaking and with the tools of non-formal education to raise participant’s self-confidence by using one’s own creativity.
